Fall 2024 Grant Application

Please note that the Fertility Friends Foundation grants will not cover FET (frozen embryo transfer) of embryos already created for transfer into own uterus or gestational surrogate. The grant only covers the creation of new embryos with own or donor eggs and their transfer into one's own uterus or partner's uterus in the case of reciprocal IVF, or into a gestational surrogate.

* Are you applying to get a grant for an upcoming treatment? Please note that we do not reimburse for expenses that have already occured.

Do you confirm that you do not currently have frozen embryos?

* Are you applying for a grant to cover expenses associated with IVF, egg and sperm donation or surrogacy, NOT Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) or IUI?

Do you confirm that you're not planning on using the grant to offset the additional costs of an IVF government-funded cycle?

If you have answered "no" to at least one of the above questions, you are not eligible for one of our fertility grants.
If you have answered "yes" to all the above questions, you can now start filling out the application form by clicking the "Submit" button.

Pre-Questionnaire Grant Application

Please note that our grant recipient selection process takes up to four weeks following the closure of our application platform. As a result, grants will not be ready for disbursement until the first week of June for the Spring Application Process or the first week of December for the Fall Application Process. To be eligible for one of our grants, your treatment must commence after these dates.

Make sure you are eligible for one of our grant by answering all the questions in the questionnaire.

If you have answered “no” to at least one of the above questions, you are not eligible for one of our fertility grants.
